About This Role

Join the Outback family as a Busser, providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service while supporting a memorable dining experience for guests. You will be responsible for bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables, as well as assisting with food and beverage delivery.

Responsibilities

• Bus, clean, and properly reset tables
• Have general knowledge of the food and drink menu, and be able to recommend and upsell products
• Answer phones in a prompt and professional manner and direct calls as applicable
• Assist throughout the restaurant by delivering food and bar beverages
• Assist Guests and ensure every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed
• Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and all safety procedures during the shift
