Business Solutions Consultant

About This Role

This role involves building meaningful connections with business owners, understanding their needs, and highlighting cost-saving payment processing solutions. You will work remotely, leveraging full team support, to help businesses streamline operations and reduce expenses.

Responsibilities

• Visit business owners in person, attend scheduled appointments, and follow up on referrals to establish relationships and rapport
• Explore client needs by asking questions and actively listening to understand business priorities
• Share information about services to demonstrate how businesses can reduce expenses and improve efficiency
• Partner with National Sales Managers (NSM) for quote preparation, presentation, and deal finalization
• Use available platforms/tools to document interactions and follow-ups for visibility and continuity

Requirements

• Ability to clearly and respectfully convey ideas, listen actively, and adjust approach to connect with clients effectively
• Ability to pay attention to client input to understand needs and respond thoughtfully
• Comfortable meeting new people and building professional relationships
• Ability to work effectively independently and remotely with internal teams
• Adaptability to adjust approach based on each client interaction and evolving business needs
