Support inbound member calls related to credit card services by handling inquiries, guiding members through online resources, and assisting with loan processes to reduce hold times.
Responsibilities
- Handle 20+ inbound calls per day focused on credit card inquiries
- Guide members through the website and online tools
- Provide clear, helpful information in a fast-paced environment
- Manage assigned weekly tasks and review reports in rotation
- Work the conditional approval queue
- Follow up with members regarding loan next steps and additional documentation
- Communicate frequently with members to support and complete loan processes
- Check voicemail and coordinate with lending officers for call-backs
- Clear assigned queues in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable adapting quickly to change
- High proficiency with technology and web-based tools
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
