Business Lending Support Specialist

About This Role

Support inbound member calls related to credit card services by handling inquiries, guiding members through online resources, and assisting with loan processes to reduce hold times.

Responsibilities

• Handle 20+ inbound calls per day focused on credit card inquiries
• Guide members through the website and online tools
• Provide clear, helpful information in a fast-paced environment
• Manage assigned weekly tasks and review reports in rotation
• Work the conditional approval queue
• Follow up with members regarding loan next steps and additional documentation
• Communicate frequently with members to support and complete loan processes
• Check voicemail and coordinate with lending officers for call-backs
• Clear assigned queues in a timely and accurate manner
