About This Role

This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting outbound prospecting, and supporting the early stages of the sales pipeline for a growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting using phone calls, emails, social media, and networking
  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads across assigned markets or industries
  • Schedule discovery calls, meetings, or demos for the sales team
  • Understand customer needs and communicate how our solutions can help
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and lead activity in the CRM
  • Assist with developing outreach strategies, messaging, and target lists
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve lead generation efforts
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including calls, conversations, and meetings booked
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with prospects and partners

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident making outbound calls and starting conversations
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple prospects at once
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and grow within a sales-focused environment
