This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting outbound prospecting, and supporting the early stages of the sales pipeline for a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting using phone calls, emails, social media, and networking
- Identify, research, and qualify potential leads across assigned markets or industries
- Schedule discovery calls, meetings, or demos for the sales team
- Understand customer needs and communicate how our solutions can help
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and lead activity in the CRM
- Assist with developing outreach strategies, messaging, and target lists
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve lead generation efforts
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including calls, conversations, and meetings booked
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions with prospects and partners
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident making outbound calls and starting conversations
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple prospects at once
- Eager to learn, adapt, and grow within a sales-focused environment
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, or business development is helpful but not required
