Business Analysis Advisor

About This Role

Direct the research, discovery, collection, and interpretation of business requirements for PNC's C&IB Business Technology Originations organization. Develop and review complex processes, procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting to deliver the best experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct the research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements
• Participate in the development and review of complex processes and procedures, workflow analytics and reporting
• Consult and recommend frameworks, methodologies, and processes for business analysis teams
• Provide senior level consultation and communicate with clients and technology teams on business designs, problem solving and business analysis
• Mentor, lead, and coach other associates to affect knowledge transfer
• Oversee the development and maintenance of all applicable policy and procedure documentation
• Translate business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders
• Lead multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance and effectiveness assessment
• Drive the development, analysis and distribution of complex reporting

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization
• Exposure to Banking/Financial Services with an understanding of AML and/or KYC processes
• Understanding of Regulatory, Policy and Data Governance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficient with SQL
• Familiar with Agile Methodologies (groom back logs, write user stories, etc)
• Understanding of Business flow processes with the ability to map current vs future state processes
• Ability to understand the business process, data, and technology and how they relate
• Understanding of A.I. capabilities
• Understanding of API driven networks and systems

Qualifications

• University / college degree
• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
