About This Role

This Project Engineer role involves reviewing design computations and drawings for transportation and infrastructure projects, preparing technical reports, and overseeing project documentation. It requires applying advanced engineering concepts and managing project teams.

Responsibilities

• Review design computations and drawings
• Review project submittals and coordinate various design schedules
• Prepare and review project specifications and written technical reports
• Maintain appropriate documentation of work and project records
• Develop technically accurate, clean, and deliverable drawings
• Perform quality work while adhering to project budgets
• Serve as technical advisor for the organization in the application of advanced concepts and methods
• Oversee a project team of engineers and technicians
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the preparation of documents or activities for multiple major projects
• Integrate and advocate for concepts of effective teamwork and leadership, including justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience
• B.S. Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
• Driver's License

• B.S. Engineering or related field
• 14+ years of experience, including developing technically accurate, clean, and deliverable drawings.
