Join a comprehensive training program to learn all aspects of branch operations and support daily operations as a Branch Manager Trainee. This role combines sales, collection, and customer service efforts within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete a comprehensive Branch Manager Training Program
- Collaborate with and support the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations
- Support sales and collections efforts through respectful, compassionate, and efficient customer service
- Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans
- Achieve consistent results and meet individual and branch goals related to sales
- Exercise lending authority and use product knowledge in offering loan solutions
- Take initiative in learning lending and collection functions of all branch personnel
- Assist management in proactive daily task assignment to ensure quality customer service
- Manage approval of exceptions to policy as authorized by management
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve product, service, and policy-related obstacles for customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of related experience in Consumer Lending and/or Financial Services industry
- Military rank E-4, W1, or O3 and above may substitute for a Bachelor's degree
- Willingness to relocate
- Availability to travel to surrounding branches when needed
- Reliable transportation
- Effective communication (written & oral) and personal computer skills
- Ability to complete essential duties/functions in a timely, accurate manner
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills in demanding situations
- Must obtain applicable, required licenses to sell insurance products
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of related experience in Consumer Lending and/or Financial Services industry
- Experience in Consumer Lending and/or Financial Services industry. Internship or work experience in the Consumer Lending or Financial Services industry preferred.
