As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will support and exceed branch goals by managing sales and collections, processing loan applications, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced consumer finance environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage outbound sales and collection calls
- Handle inbound customer support calls
- Contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency
- Complete full-cycle credit loan application process
- Analyze credit and financial information for current and potential customers
- Consistently achieve monthly sales goals related to company products and services
- Learn Federal, State, and Local Application Consumer laws to ensure compliant actions
- Maintain a cash drawer, including processing payments and delivering daily deposits to specified financial institutions
- Assist the Branch Manager by preparing reports as needed
- Perform additional functions depending on market demand and branch staffing to provide consistent quality customer service
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role
- 2+ years in a consumer lending, financing, and/or team lead position
- High school diploma
- Highly motivated individual with an interest in the consumer finance industry
- Capable of meeting and exceeding individual sales goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use various technologies and learn new programs
- Complete functions in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to obtain any essential licenses required by the state
Qualifications
- High school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role and 2+ years in a consumer lending, financing, and/or team lead position.
