BESS EPC Project Manager

About This Role

Manage all aspects of small to medium Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)/Service projects, including risk to cost, schedule, and quality. Oversee the day-to-day execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope, ensuring performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of small to medium Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)/Service projects, including risk to cost, schedule, quality
• Ensure day-to-day successful execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope in performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction
• Provide for the successful staffing of the project
• Manage and lead medium teams of multi-discipline professionals
• Coordinate and integrate activities associated with engineering, procurement, construction, and startup elements of the project team
• Manage multiple small to medium sized Services projects, and/or a small EPC project
• Manage multiple clients and/or projects
• Obtain new/repeat business on medium size projects
• Support contract negotiations with client peers
• Manage risk which may include fixed price engineering, new technology or new clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records search)

• Typically 7 years experience
