About This Role

Serve as the initial point of contact for members and guests, providing welcoming assistance, managing luggage, and acting as a knowledgeable liaison for Soho House amenities and services.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage upon arrival and departure
  • Handle luggage service, storage, message delivery, and parcel hand-over
  • Greet all guests in a professional, appreciative, and approachable manner, addressing them by name when possible
  • Provide information about property amenities, services, events, and promotions
  • Arrange car service and transportation or suggest local community options
  • Ensure the front desk and surrounding area is kept tidy and clean to Soho House Standards and Health & Safety guidelines
  • Maintain a professional image with good grooming hygiene and the prescribed uniform

Requirements

  • At least 1 or more years in a similar role or customer facing position
  • Detail oriented and proven ability to multitask in fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Excellent listener and ability to follow instruction and execute results in a well-organized and efficient manner
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Qualifications
