Behavioral Health Technician

About This Role

Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in various settings. This role helps you grow within the science of human behavior by assisting with training new team members to create meaningful change.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Assist BCBAs with training new team members in essential ABA skills and company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Active and current RBT certification
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience
• California driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to work one-on-one with children with special needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Punctual and dependable

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience

Nice to Have

• CPR certification
• HIPAA training
• Other relevant professional training certificates
