Behavioral Health Technician

About This Role

This is a full-time, bachelor's-level position for a Behavioral Health Technician. The role involves providing behavioral interventions and case management for youth in school and community settings as part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other Treatment Team members
• Implement behavioral interventions in all settings under the clinical supervision of an assigned Mobile Therapist
• Empower families through collaborative case management (e.g., coordination of physical health appointments, applying for transportation services, accessing other levels of care)
• Provide telephonic crisis intervention on a rotating on-call schedule

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, sociology, education, or similar human service field
• Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certificate upon hire

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human service field (psychology, social work, sociology, education, or similar human service field)
• Entry-level position, two or more years work experience in a clinical setting preferred.
