Behavioral Health Technician

About This Role

This role manages daily residential operations and ensures client compliance and engagement for a detox and residential facility. This position is responsible for overseeing the Behavioral Health Technician team and escalating any concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
