About This Role

The Charge Registered Nurse will utilize theoretical nursing concepts to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with professional standards for behavioral health patients.

Responsibilities

  • Assess nursing care needs utilizing theoretical concepts
  • Plan nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice
  • Implement nursing care based on established standards
  • Evaluate nursing care effectiveness
  • Maintain a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire

Qualifications

  • Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
