Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Patient Services Representative competencies
• Proficiency in Advance Patient Services Representative competencies
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance practices, and billing procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (data entry, word processing)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy policy/procedure
• Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
• Problem resolution skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in both Patient Services Representative and Advance Patient Services Representative competencies, as verified by department leader.
