About This Role

This role is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food to guests, ensuring outstanding service and contributing to the hotel's financial profitability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Mix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards
• Present and serve beverages to guests
• Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations
• Accurately total, process, and collect payments using the point-of-sale system
• Stock and maintain the bar with beer, wine, spirits, paper products, and glassware
• Cut, store, and ensure product quality of all beverage-related perishables
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests, as needed
