About This Role

Create engaging cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences within a hospitality setting. Maintain the bar setup, stock, and cleanliness while adhering to all beverage service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily, including requisitioning and stocking all beverages and supplies
• Maintain stock, cut, and store fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables daily
• Greet guests courteously, promote and document drink orders
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing portion control
• Abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
• Input orders into a point of sale register and create a check for each guest
• Receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, and record charges
• Lock and store all beverage, food, and equipment items, deposit cash, and secure bank

Requirements

• At least one year of bar experience
• Knowledge of spirits and wine
• Ability to create craft artisan cocktails and specialty drinks
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to understand, read, write and speak basic English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is preferred
• At least one year of bar experience
