This BarBack role involves preparing food, serving customers, and maintaining bar inventory and cleanliness to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items from menu
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Perform basic cleaning duties
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate food safety and TABC Certification
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of a second language
