About This Role

This Front Desk Agent role involves creating lasting first impressions for guests at a brand-new TownePlace Suites by Marriott. You will handle guest check-ins/outs, assist with inquiries, and ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for all visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver memorable first impressions and friendly farewells every single day
  • Welcome and assist guests in person and over the phone with professionalism and personality
  • Confidently check guests in and out using hotel systems while handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Enjoy problem-solving and finding ways to make a guest’s day a little easier
  • Work alongside a supportive team that believes great service should feel genuine—not scripted

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Comfortable with regular computer use and multiple software systems
  • Ability to stand throughout shift and occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds
