This Front Desk Agent role involves creating lasting first impressions for guests at a brand-new TownePlace Suites by Marriott. You will handle guest check-ins/outs, assist with inquiries, and ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Deliver memorable first impressions and friendly farewells every single day
- Welcome and assist guests in person and over the phone with professionalism and personality
- Confidently check guests in and out using hotel systems while handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Enjoy problem-solving and finding ways to make a guest’s day a little easier
- Work alongside a supportive team that believes great service should feel genuine—not scripted
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Comfortable with regular computer use and multiple software systems
- Ability to stand throughout shift and occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds
