Serve as a part-time Front Desk Agent at the Hampton Inn in Sikeston, MO, responsible for guest check-ins, check-outs, reservation management, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
- Issue room keys and provide directions
- Sort incoming mail and faxes for guests
- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, and local information
- Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts
- Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests
- Make, confirm, and cancel reservations
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service industry
- Open availability (days, evenings, weekends)
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service industry is required

- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent
