This Barback position at Puritan & Co. involves supporting the bar operations, running food, bussing tables, and ensuring exceptional guest hospitality within a Modern American cuisine restaurant with an emphasis on New England fare.

Responsibilities

• Assist with running food
• Bus tables
• Assure guests' expectations are exceeded
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain a general sense of hospitality and warmth
• Demonstrate service mechanics with a 'let me see what I can do' mentality

Requirements

• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedule per the needs of the business

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of industry experience is ideal, but a willingness to learn is also a plus.
