Barback

About This Role

This role supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is consistently stocked, clean, and organized, facilitating quick and efficient service for guests. The barback maintains all necessary supplies, including spirits, ice, glassware, and garnishes.

Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and other bar supplies
• Refill ice bins and maintain clean glassware
• Clean and organize bar areas during and after shifts
• Dispose of trash and recycling regularly
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown
• Support bartenders through busy periods

Requirements

• Genuine approach to hospitality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods
