Banking Center Operations Coordinator

About This Role

This role supervises and supports tellers to ensure maximum customer service, monitors and trains staff on transactional processing, and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. This position also assists in achieving banking center goals and provides quality customer service for daily financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support tellers to ensure maximum customer service in a professional manner
• Monitor and train transactional processing staff in supporting bank marketing efforts and cross-selling products
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures affecting day-to-day operations
• Oversee center cash operations including cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs
• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, using sound judgment for approvals and overrides
• Stay informed on operational updates and communicate critical policy, procedure, and compliance changes to the team
• Manage access controls and uphold secure handling of keys, combinations, and sensitive assets
• Lead the Operational Performance of the banking center by controlling key risk areas and audit procedures
• Lead the Client Experience efforts, including resolving client issues effectively
• Cross-sell and make referrals to bank partners to generate new business

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of experience in financial services or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
