Associate UX Content Strategist

About This Role

This role involves writing engaging and informative UX content for products and customer experiences, focusing on patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers globally. The strategist will elevate customer-centricity, inspire action through innovation, and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, friendly UX copy for a mobile app
• Ensure content consistency in voice, tone, and reading level
• Collaborate regularly with Design, Product, and Research teams
• Help define content guidelines and frameworks with senior support
• Review and improve content based on feedback
• Learn best practices for UX writing, accessibility, and agile workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Communications, Creative Writing, or English
• 1-2+ years of UX writing or content design experience (mobile apps)
• Strong writing skills for non-technical, everyday users
• Comfort working with designers and product teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a discipline related to UX Content Strategy (e.g. Business Communications, Creative Writing, English)
• 1-2+ years of UX writing or content design experience (mobile apps)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, or Miro
• Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or improving patient experiences
