About This Role

This role coordinates projects from order acceptance through shipment for Door Engineering product lines, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules for multiple projects using tools like Monday.com, Excel, and ERP systems
  • Prioritize engineering tasks based on customer needs and capacity
  • Communicate delivery details and project updates with customers and internal teams
  • Verify submittal packages meet order and specification requirements; resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate change orders and communicate associated costs
  • Lead pre-production and SIOP meetings for complex projects and identify potential risks
  • Develop product knowledge to address technical questions
  • Foster strong customer relationships through follow-up and support

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn ERP and CAD viewing tools
