About This Role

Represent clients in labor and employment defense cases, specializing in wage and hour, class action, and PAGA litigation for a prominent California firm.

Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation in Labor & Employment Defense
  • Handle Wage and Hour cases
  • Oversee Class Action litigation
  • Address PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act) matters
  • Defend Discrimination, Harassment, and Wrongful Termination claims
  • Provide employment law counseling and compliance guidance

Requirements

  • CA law license
  • 2-10+ years of litigation experience
  • Experience in Labor & Employment Defense
  • Experience with Wage and Hour disputes
  • Experience with Class Action litigation
  • Experience with PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act)
  • Experience with Discrimination, Harassment, Wrongful Termination cases
  • Experience in employment law counseling and compliance

Qualifications

  • 2-10+ years of litigation experience in labor & employment defense
