Assistant Store Leader

About This Role

Assist the Store Leader with day-to-day operations of a car wash, including team member hiring, training, and coordination, to ensure high productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members
• Coordinate the day-to-day workflow of Team Members
• Support team by providing direction
• Assist the Store Leader with employment actions, including discipline and termination
• Monitor the store’s level of performance and identify opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies
• Enforce proper use of sales pitches with the Team
• Maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately
• Ability to work various hours, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain clean appearance and smile as per dress and grooming standards
• Ability to assign and delegate tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Clean driving record (no major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3-5 years)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
