About This Role

As an Assistant General Manager, you will assist the Site General Manager with all daily car wash operations, ensuring a convenient, consistent, and exceptional customer experience. You will manage inventory, equipment, and safety standards while also hiring, training, and developing a team of Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site General Manager with daily car wash operations
• Manage inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards
• Deliver a convenient, consistent, exceptional car wash experience for customers
• Address customer claims
• Assist with hiring, training, coaching, managing, and developing Teammates
• Uphold company values by setting an example in all car wash activities
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth
• Communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example
• Organize time, work, and team to complete varying responsibilities
• Achieve results independently and work collaboratively with the team
• Proactively and creatively find solutions to operational and people challenges

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of management experience in a service-related business
