As an Assistant General Manager, you will assist the Site General Manager with all daily car wash operations, ensuring a convenient, consistent, and exceptional customer experience. You will manage inventory, equipment, and safety standards while also hiring, training, and developing a team of Teammates.
Responsibilities
- Assist Site General Manager with daily car wash operations
- Manage inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards
- Deliver a convenient, consistent, exceptional car wash experience for customers
- Address customer claims
- Assist with hiring, training, coaching, managing, and developing Teammates
- Uphold company values by setting an example in all car wash activities
- Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth
- Communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example
- Organize time, work, and team to complete varying responsibilities
- Achieve results independently and work collaboratively with the team
- Proactively and creatively find solutions to operational and people challenges
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of management experience in a service-related business
