Assistant Branch Manager

About This Role

This role is for a customer-oriented Assistant Manager who will support customers with financial solutions, process loan applications, manage cash, and collect on past-due accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all customers
• Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions
• Maintain office cash with accuracy and proper security
• Grow account volume through customer solicitations
• Minimize delinquent debt by contacting customers and collecting past-due accounts
• Receive, track, and post all payments and fees to customer accounts
• Transport money and deposits to and from bank

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prior customer service experience in sales/retail or cash management
• Valid Driver’s License
• Dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage
