This role involves leading and coordinating application services across multiple teams, focusing on the Converge Revenue Cycle. It requires overseeing support functions, driving implementation, and achieving operational excellence by partnering with technology and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and represent the focus area through phases of application implementation, including build, configuration, testing, go‑live support, and optimization
- Provide escalation support and guidance for team activities to ensure high‑quality outcomes and adherence to quality standards
- Apply deep application knowledge to meet customer needs and influence operational and clinical project outcomes
- Document, analyze, and communicate dependencies, workflows, and requirements with team members and stakeholders
- Prepare organized and consistent project status reporting for stakeholders
- Lead process and requirements analysis, including mapping current and future workflows and gathering specifications
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with business partners and client administrators
- Identify and resolve potential conflicts or roadblocks, escalating when necessary
- Distribute work and oversee delivery of tasks; mentor analysts and facilitate cross‑training
- Collaborate with application, compliance, and operations teams to design system processes
- Serve as a customer liaison to understand business needs and communicate requirements and timelines
- Support communication across teams and ensure alignment between technical and business contacts
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members and contribute to a positive team culture
- Manage large or sensitive initiatives through the project lifecycle with appropriate oversight
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience supporting healthcare, business, or information systems environments
- Ability to present complex data clearly
- Strong problem‑solving and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and guide others on complex tasks
- Experience engaging with cross‑functional teams and shared accountability for outcomes
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in healthcare, business, information systems, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- 5–7 years of experience supporting healthcare, business, or information systems environments. 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience preferred.
