Analyst, Value Based Contracting

About This Role

This role will support network teams in implementing and administering Value-Based Contracting (VBC) agreements. Responsibilities include proactive tracking of VBC incentive payments, data manipulation, and reporting to support complex deal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support network teams on implementation and administration of Value Based Contracting (VBC) agreements
• Ensure proactive tracking and facilitate meeting VBC agreement incentive payment commitments
• Work with data manipulation and reporting to support VBC deal requirements
• Manage portfolio of markets and deals, collaborating with negotiators and Network managers
• Administer incentive payments and assist in pre-deal evaluation, making recommendations
• Lead enhancement projects and process improvement initiatives
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on complex questions and guide/train other team members

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional work experience in finance or managed care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of professional work experience in finance or managed care.
