About This Role

The Analyst, BI Manager is responsible for proactively managing monetization strategies, optimizing yield, and enhancing operational excellence across T-Mobile's advertising inventory. This role leverages expertise in advertising technology, business intelligence, and revenue management to maximize performance and identify new revenue streams.

Responsibilities

  • Support analytic needs using data from ad servers, SSPs, and demand partners, guiding AdTech and BI data strategies across various platforms.
  • Create comprehensive dashboards from multiple data sources, presenting key metrics to leadership, and lead daily/weekly data standups with stakeholders.
  • Build pricing models for owned and operated (O&O) and third-party inventory, designing and implementing SSP experiments to maximize yield and revenue.
  • Drive yield and operational insights from inventory and customer behavior data, partnering with Product and AdOps teams on A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Present AdTech yield analysis, strategic insights, and monetization recommendations to senior executives through dashboards and reports.
  • Conduct competitive analysis on advertising market trends, supply-side monetization strategies, and partner performance.
  • Develop and refine yield management workflows, documenting analysis outcomes, troubleshooting protocols, and operational best practices.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • At least 18 years of age

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of related work experience, preferably in business intelligence. Proven experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis and report writing.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or related field
  • Intermediate technical skills (DataViz, SQL, automation, report/metric design, algorithms/modeling)
  • Intermediate analytical skills including problem solving and critical reasoning
  • Experience in communicating/consulting, influencing, and relationship management
  • Functional knowledge of Telecom, Supply Chain, Network Technology, Procurement
