About This Role

The AI Senior Business Process Consultant will provide functional and process expertise to the AI Delivery Acceleration development team, guiding the product owner in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements for ServiceNow Generative AI products. The goal is to accelerate expert services projects using AI.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with the product owner and guide them in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of ServiceNow Generative AI products
  • Define, re-engineer, improve, and analyze current/future-state processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders
  • Lead design workshops to capture personas, interactions, interfaces, and data requirements while considering ServiceNow Platform functionality
  • Work with the AI Product owner on documentation such as business requirement workbooks for functional aspects of the solution
  • Draft functionality-focused user stories, their acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer
  • Support internal unit testing of developed solutions during the development stage in partnership with Technical Resources
  • Drive unit and user-acceptance testing requirements throughout and at key stages of product development
  • Promote continuous improvement practices for AI delivery/engagement materials
  • Provide training and mentoring to other members of the ServiceNow expert services delivery teams upon request

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult across various industries and business use cases
  • Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state business processes
  • Strong understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, Large Language Models with a focus on Generative & Agentic AI
  • Solid experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements by authoring user stories that support Agile Development
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience in providing Knowledge-Centered Service / Support using technologies
  • Experience in analyzing and recommending strategies based on business priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Proven team player and team builder

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations.

Nice to Have

  • Preferred experience deploying GenAI Solutions
