Join T-Mobile's AI Agents team through an 11-week paid internship to design and build intelligent agents for customer support and sales, impacting millions of customer interactions daily.
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on 1-2 AI Agents in T-Mobile's IntentCX program
- Build across modalities (chat and voice) using OpenAI's chat and realtime voice models
- Focus on either customer service or T-Mobile product sales
- Integrate T-Mobile APIs into the context/prompt of the agent
- Integrate AI Agent into IntentCX's multi-agent framework
- Integrate AI Agent(s) with T-Mobile's T-Life app, website, or customer support phone number
Requirements
- Coding experience (Python is usually key for AI work)
- Understanding of how APIs work
- Familiarity with data analysis or machine learning basics
- Comfortable working with large datasets
- Problem-solving mindset
- Communication skills to explain technical work to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated with the last year

- Coding experience
