Agency Manager

About This Role

This role involves guiding and overseeing a team of channel partners to achieve sales, profitability, and recruitment objectives for Pronto Insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maximizing existing partnerships, and ensuring timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a sales team
• Develop new business and maximize growth with existing business partners
• Ensure that opening & closings are reported on a timely manner
• Drive daily sales
• Coordinate sales agent activities (meetings, training initiatives)
• Create agency campaigns for customer appreciation and revenue generation
• Analyze monthly financial statements
• Manage assigned staff, establish individual goals, and evaluate results
• Develop sales reports as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
• Computer Proficiency
