Sales Agent

About This Role

This role is primarily focused on increasing sales for the agency by selling company products/services through resellers and channels. The Sales Agent will manage customer relationships, create campaigns to drive revenue, and coordinate customer appreciation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales for the agency by selling company products/services
• Manage reseller and channel support activities
• Maintain healthy relationships with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
• Create campaigns for the agency to drive revenue
• Coordinate customer appreciation events
• Perform cold calls on applications generated from events
• Ensure all renewal quotes are made and followed up
• Conduct daily grassroots marketing activities
• Monitor daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships
• Attend sales trainings as needed
• Develop sales reports as required

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year sales experience
• P&C license (must obtain within 60 days of employment)
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Computer proficiency

Qualifications
