This role involves overseeing a team responsible for sales, profitability, and partner recruitment within assigned channel partners. The Channel Supervisor will also develop new business and maximize growth with existing business partners.
Responsibilities
- Guide and maintain oversight of a team tasked with winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners
- Achieve sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives
- Represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners
- Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales team
- Develop new business and maximize growth with existing business partners
- Ensure that openings and closings are reported on a timely manner
- Drive daily sales
- Coordinate sales agent activities (e.g., meetings, training initiatives)
- Create agency campaigns for customer appreciation and revenue generation
- Analyze monthly financial statements
- Manage assigned staff, establishing individual goals and evaluating results
- Develop sales reports as needed
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
- P&C license within a 60-day period post-employment
- Computer Proficiency
