Agency Manager

About This Role

This role involves overseeing a team responsible for sales, profitability, and partner recruitment within assigned channel partners. The Channel Supervisor will also develop new business and maximize growth with existing business partners.

Responsibilities

• Guide and maintain oversight of a team tasked with winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners
• Achieve sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives
• Represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners
• Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales team
• Develop new business and maximize growth with existing business partners
• Ensure that openings and closings are reported on a timely manner
• Drive daily sales
• Coordinate sales agent activities (e.g., meetings, training initiatives)
• Create agency campaigns for customer appreciation and revenue generation
• Analyze monthly financial statements
• Manage assigned staff, establishing individual goals and evaluating results
• Develop sales reports as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
• P&C license within a 60-day period post-employment
• Computer Proficiency
