About This Role

This role focuses on increasing sales for the agency by selling company products and services, primarily through resellers/channels. The Sales Agent will maintain customer relationships, drive revenue through campaigns, and conduct daily marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales for the agency by selling company products/services
  • Represent the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support
  • Maintain healthy relationships with customers and ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Create campaigns to drive revenue and coordinate customer appreciations
  • Perform cold calls on applications generated from events
  • Ensure all renewal quotes are made and followed up
  • Conduct grassroots marketing daily
  • Monitor daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships
  • Attend sales trainings as needed
  • Develop sales reports as needed

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience
  • P&C license within a 60-day period
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Computer proficiency

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience
