Sales Agent

About This Role

Increase sales for the agency by selling company products/services through resellers. Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating campaigns to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales for the agency
• Sell company products/services through resellers/channels in assigned territory
• Represent the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support
• Maintain healthy relationships with customers and ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Create campaigns for the agency to drive revenue
• Coordinate customer appreciations
• Do cold calls on applications generated from events
• Ensure all renewal quotes are made and followed up
• Perform grassroots marketing daily
• Monitor daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships
• Attend sales trainings as needed
• Develop sales reports as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year sales experience
• P&C license within 60-day period
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Computer Proficiency

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year sales experience

• Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
