Responsibilities
- Coordinate diversified clerical duties
- Type various correspondence, reports, and articles
- Greet and direct visitors
- Answer telephones, take messages, and direct intercom pages
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain department and office files, including record keeping and patient record filing
- Take meeting minutes
- Collect payments
- Keep inventory and order supplies for the department or office
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
