This Administrative Officer role supports the Division of Administrative Services and the Commissioner's Office, focusing on internal budget, accounting, procurement, and personnel work. Responsibilities

  • Perform a broad range of essential functions in support of the division and department
  • Responsible for the internal budget, accounting, procurement, and personnel work of the Division of Administrative Services and the Commissioner’s Office
  • Support 39 positions and monitor a $5.9 million annual budget
  • Provide guidance and leadership on departmental process and policies to staff
  • Lead communication between Administrative Services and other department divisions/agencies regarding policies, processes, procedures, and challenges
