Manage office events, provide new hire tech support, and handle travel bookings, expense reports, and vendor relations. This role coordinates between divisions and internal teams and manages office assignments and licensing for a collaborative and growth-oriented company culture.
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage in-office events to foster team engagement and collaboration
- Provide assistance and logistical support for offsite events
- Ensure new employees have necessary technology and support upon starting their roles
- Arrange travel plans for employees as needed for business trips
- Assist in the submission and management of expense reports for reimbursement
- Offer guidance and resources to interns to enhance their learning experience
- Manage relationships and communications with external vendors
- Act as a point of contact between different divisions to streamline communication
- Facilitate communication and coordination among internal teams
- Oversee the allocation of office spaces and resources for workplace efficiency
- Manage and maintain necessary licenses and compliance for operations
- Handle employee timecards and requests for time off
- Organize and oversee committees to ensure they meet objectives
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience, preferably in an office environment
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of computer software packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable and motivated to learn
- Diplomatic problem solver and results-driven
- Knowledge of office procedures, practices and equipment
- Ability to work independently and in stressful situations
- Ability to multi-task
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience, preferably in an office environment
