Support the Consumer Protection Division at the Public Utility Commission of Texas, coordinating administrative operations, preparing correspondence, and managing records and data for a frontline team serving Texas utility consumers.

Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years of full-time work experience providing advanced administrative support to management or professional staff
- Experience coordinating records, data, or administrative processes
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of full-time work experience providing advanced administrative support to management or professional staff, including experience coordinating records, data, or administrative processes (for AA IV); or minimum of four (4) years (for AA V).
Nice to Have
- Experience performing administrative support work with a Texas state government agency or other government or public sector organization
- Experience coordinating or supporting responses to the Public Information Action (PIA) or open records requests
- Experience managing records, data, or administrative processes in a regulated or public-facing environment
