Support a dynamic team in a fast-paced work environment by performing office functions, coordinating logistics, and maintaining smooth administrative processes. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional.
Responsibilities
- Manage files, coordinate meetings, and handle mail
- Review documents for grammar and provide administrative support
- Prepare expense reports, purchase orders, and maintain office supplies
- Coordinate department or equipment moves and update organizational charts
- Address inquiries and resolve issues within scope of authority
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Serve as a central point of contact for departmental information
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Manage calendars and liaise with internal/external contacts for logistics
- Design visually compelling presentations and organize information for special reports
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in office software
- Proficiency in presentation tools
