Provide professional administrative, customer service, and marketing support to Investment Counselors and their clients within a leading investment firm.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, take messages, and provide excellent client and prospect service
- Schedule and confirm client appointments using Outlook
- Conduct outbound calls for seminar invitations and client outreach
- Prepare client presentation and seminar materials
- Assist with seminar preparation and logistics
- Provide clerical support including filing, scanning, and document preparation
- Support administrative and marketing projects as needed
- Work closely with and follow direction from assigned Investment Counselor
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of reception or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Collaborative team player
- Professional and dependable
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of reception or customer service experience
