About This Role

Perform a variety of administrative functions for assigned department(s) and companies, including ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, generating reports, coordinating travel, and managing documents and mail. This role supports daily operations by providing essential administrative services.

Responsibilities

  • Order office supplies, as needed
  • Schedule meetings and transcribe meeting notes
  • Generate reports, as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Draft and proofread documents
  • Maintain filing system
  • Answer phone; direct and provide information to callers
  • Receive all incoming/outgoing mail; open and deliver mail to appropriate personnel
  • Coordinate bona fide office issues for assigned business unit

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4 years of administrative experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent written, communication, presentation and computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 to 4 years of administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
