This Office Administrator position at Caviar & Caviar USA supports daily operations by managing invoices, correspondence, and various administrative tasks. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can take initiative and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages
- Prepare invoices and manage billing using QuickBooks
- Organize digital and physical files in accordance with office procedures
- Manage email correspondence and process customer orders
- Provide general administrative and ad hoc office support as needed
Requirements
- QuickBooks and/or invoicing experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
