About This Role

This Administrative Assistant role supports two to three Financial Accounting teams, primarily focusing on managing and distributing physical mail and documents.

Responsibilities

  • Open, determine appropriate action for, scan and distribute mail
  • Perform additional ad hoc administrative activities
  • Deal with physical mail, documents, and deliveries
  • Scan and electronically distribute mail
  • Determine urgency of documents and how they need to be distributed

Requirements

  • 3 years minimum experience in an administrative position
  • Proven success partnering and interacting with all levels of Employees including Executive Leadership
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proficiency with SAP and Concur
  • Generally tech savvy and willing to learn new skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Effective strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be pro-active, resourceful, flexible, and responsible
  • Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
  • Extremely well organized and attentive to detail
  • Ability to partner effectively and work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated innovative thinking and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • High School degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years minimum experience in an administrative position
