About This Role

Support a large waste management organization by managing confidential documents, handling compliance tasks, and supporting HR operations. This role involves extensive research and close collaboration with HR and leadership to ensure accurate reporting and smooth administrative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Handle confidential documents and maintain secure information
  • Process I-9s and update employee documentation in ADP
  • Manage electronic reporting for current and former employees
  • Apply compliance guidelines for record retention (keep, archive, or purge)
  • Take physical documents to HR as required
  • Conduct research for HR/operations needs
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements

  • Strong confidentiality skills
  • Experience processing I-9s
  • Knowledge of ADP platforms (Lyric ADP/ADP)
  • Ability to use electronic reporting tools for updating current/inactive/deleted status
  • Understanding of 7-year document retention rules
  • Ability to deliver required documents to HR using internal tools
  • Research-heavy experience (comfortable doing large volumes of research)

Nice to Have

  • HR or compliance background
  • Experience in industrial, waste management, or operations-based environments
