About This Role

Own the full sales cycle for the leading SaaS platform for field service teams, exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth. Master consultative selling and become a trusted advisor to field service businesses in the North American market.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from building pipeline to closing deals, exceeding quota and driving revenue growth
  • Master the art of consultative selling, delivering compelling presentations and demos that showcase the power of the platform
  • Become a trusted advisor to field service businesses, understanding their needs and demonstrating the value of Workiz
  • Reach out to prospects via phone and email to schedule discovery sessions and demos, ensuring good show rates and consistent follow up
  • Make 40+ calls per day, scheduling appointments by farming the database of users, keeping proper notes in the CRM, and attending several meetings per day with clients
  • Continuously develop skills through coaching and training programs

Requirements

  • 2+ years as an Account Executive
  • Solid time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Confident online presentation skills
  • Able to build value with many buyer personas and overcome objections
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with SMBs
  • Comfortable navigating a CRM and dialing platforms
  • Courage in presenting price and handling objections
  • High internal drive to win

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years as an Account Executive

Nice to Have

  • 3+ years as a top 25% salesperson in an Inside Sales role
  • SaaS experience (especially non-commodities)
  • Service industry experience (sold to, employed by)
  • Sales awards and recognition
  • HubSpot proficiency
  • Exposure to formal methodologies (Challenger/Gap Selling/SPIN/MEDDICC, etc.)
