Own the full sales cycle for the leading SaaS platform for field service teams, exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth. Master consultative selling and become a trusted advisor to field service businesses in the North American market.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from building pipeline to closing deals, exceeding quota and driving revenue growth
- Master the art of consultative selling, delivering compelling presentations and demos that showcase the power of the platform
- Become a trusted advisor to field service businesses, understanding their needs and demonstrating the value of Workiz
- Reach out to prospects via phone and email to schedule discovery sessions and demos, ensuring good show rates and consistent follow up
- Make 40+ calls per day, scheduling appointments by farming the database of users, keeping proper notes in the CRM, and attending several meetings per day with clients
- Continuously develop skills through coaching and training programs
Requirements
- 2+ years as an Account Executive
- Solid time management and multi-tasking skills
- Confident online presentation skills
- Able to build value with many buyer personas and overcome objections
- Strong negotiating skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with SMBs
- Comfortable navigating a CRM and dialing platforms
- Courage in presenting price and handling objections
- High internal drive to win
Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- 2+ years as an Account Executive
Nice to Have
- 3+ years as a top 25% salesperson in an Inside Sales role
- SaaS experience (especially non-commodities)
- Service industry experience (sold to, employed by)
- Sales awards and recognition
- HubSpot proficiency
- Exposure to formal methodologies (Challenger/Gap Selling/SPIN/MEDDICC, etc.)
